Setup Requirements
The iPhone XS Max should be running the latest supported iOS version. Users require a computer with Microsoft Windows or Apple macOS, a compatible USB cable, stable internet access and a reliable USB connection.
USBLITER8 is required to perform the Diags procedure. A valid Serial Number is also necessary for the Hello Screen setup. Users should contact the relevant reseller or administrator to obtain the required Serial Number before starting the service.
General Setup Procedure
Connect the supported iPhone XS Max to the computer using a compatible USB cable and launch iHello HFZ Premium. Begin the Hello service, and the software will automatically place the connected device into Recovery Mode and DFU Mode.
The required Serial Number will appear inside the tool. Open USBLITER8 and use its Diags function to write the new Serial Number. Once the Serial Number stage has been completed, return to iHello HFZ and start the Hello service again.
The activation process takes approximately one minute and thirty seconds. After the iPhone reboots in activated status, select the Hello option again to complete the setup. The software will automatically apply the supported OTA Skip and Erase Protection settings.
