Setup Requirements
The iPad must be running the latest supported iOS version. A stable internet connection, compatible USB cable and reliable USB connection are required throughout the procedure.
USBLITER8 is necessary for completing the Diags process. Users must also have a valid Serial Number, which can be obtained by contacting the appropriate reseller or administrator. The service should not be started until the model, software version and required setup resources have been confirmed.
Service Procedure
Connect the supported iPad to a Windows or macOS computer and open iHello HFZ Premium. Start the Hello service, after which the software will automatically place the device into Recovery Mode and DFU Mode.
The required Serial Number will be displayed within the software. Open USBLITER8 and use its Diags function to write the new Serial Number. After completing this stage, return to iHello HFZ and start the Hello service again.
The activation process takes approximately one minute and thirty seconds. When the iPad reboots in activated status, select the Hello option once more to finish the setup. The software will then apply the supported OTA Skip and Erase Protection settings automatically.
Final options and available protection settings can be managed through the Settings menu inside iHello HFZ Premium.
