System Requirements
To use this service, the supported iPad should be running the latest compatible iOS version. A Windows or macOS computer, stable internet connection, compatible USB cable and reliable USB connection are required.
USBLITER8 is necessary for the Diags procedure. A valid Serial Number is also required to complete the Hello Screen setup. Users should contact their reseller or administrator to obtain the necessary Serial Number before starting the service.
General Setup Process
Connect the supported iPad to the computer using a compatible USB cable and open iHello HFZ Premium. Start the Hello service, and the software will automatically place the connected device into Recovery Mode and DFU Mode.
The required Serial Number will be displayed within the tool. USBLITER8 and its Diags function are used during the Serial Number stage. After completing the required procedure, return to iHello HFZ and start the Hello service again.
The activation process takes approximately one minute and thirty seconds. Once the iPad reboots in activated status, select the Hello option again to complete the process. The software will then automatically apply the supported OTA Skip and Erase Protection settings.
