Unlike flux soldering liquid, its paste consistency helps keep the flux in place during heating. The halogen-free, low-smoke formulation is designed to leave minimal transparent residue, reducing cleaning requirements after soldering.
The Mechanic M35 Nano Ice Soldering Paste Flux comes in a convenient 10cc syringe with a plunger and dispensing needles for accurate application. Ideal for technicians working with flux and solder, soldering paste, soldering flux paste, and flux and solder paste during PCB rework. For best results, apply a small amount to clean soldering points and use appropriate soldering temperatures. Store sealed at the recommended 5°C–10°C and allow it to reach room temperature before use. This is a soldering flux, not metal-containing solder paste.
