At Baba Tools, we aim to provide quality products and a reliable shopping experience. Please read our Return, Exchange & Warranty Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Return & Exchange Policy

Products from other brands are not eligible for return or exchange after purchase, except in cases where the product is received physically damaged or broken and the claim meets the conditions mentioned below.

Please check the product details, specifications, and compatibility carefully before placing your order.

Order Cancellation: If an order is cancelled by the customer, a 3% cancellation fee will be deducted from the total refundable amount, and the remaining balance will be refunded to the original payment method, subject to our refund processing timelines.

2. Warranty Policy

Warranty is available only on eligible Baba Tools branded products, according to the warranty applicable to that particular product.

For products from other brands, Baba Tools does not provide its own guarantee or warranty. If a manufacturer provides any warranty, it will be subject to that brand/manufacturer’s applicable terms.

3. Damaged or Broken Product Received

If you receive a product that is damaged or broken during delivery, you must make a continuous unboxing video while opening the package.

The video should clearly show:

• The sealed package before opening
• Shipping label/package condition
• Complete process of opening the package
• Product being taken out of the box
• Any visible damage or broken parts

Please send the unboxing video to our team as soon as possible for verification.

An unboxing video is compulsory for any damaged or broken product claim. Claims without a clear unboxing video may not be eligible for replacement or resolution.

4. Baba Tools Branded Products

For Baba Tools branded products, applicable warranty support will be provided according to the product’s warranty terms.

However, if a Baba Tools product is received damaged or broken, the same unboxing requirement applies. You must record the package from the beginning of the opening process and clearly show the condition of the product.

5. Products Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

We do not accept returns or exchanges simply because of a change of mind, an incorrect product ordered by the customer, or compatibility issues that were already mentioned in the product information.

Customers are advised to confirm product compatibility before ordering. If you are unsure about a product, please contact our team before making your purchase.

6. Claim Verification

Submitting an unboxing video does not automatically guarantee a replacement. Our team will review the video, order details, product condition, and other relevant information before approving an eligible claim.
