1. Orders & Payments
Baba Tools primarily accepts prepaid orders. Customers are required to complete the applicable payment before their order is processed and dispatched.
For eligible orders above ₹2,000, we may provide a Partial Cash on Delivery (COD) option:
- 20% of the order value must be paid in advance.
- The remaining 80% can be paid through COD at the time of delivery.
- Partial COD availability may be subject to order verification and serviceability at the delivery location.
2. EMI Facility
We also provide EMI payment options on eligible purchases, subject to availability and the terms of the applicable payment provider.
EMI eligibility, tenure, charges, interest rates, and approval may vary depending on the selected payment method, bank, card, or financing provider.
3. Order Confirmation
An order will be considered confirmed once the required advance or full payment has been successfully received and the order has been accepted by Baba Tools.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate name, phone number, shipping address, PIN code, and other required information while placing an order.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are generally delivered within 3–7 business days after processing and dispatch.
Delivery times may vary depending on the customer’s location, courier availability, public holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
5. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, specifications, images, prices, and compatibility information. However, product appearance, packaging, or minor specifications may occasionally vary.
Customers should check product compatibility and requirements before placing an order, especially when purchasing specialized mobile repair tools, machines, spare parts, or programming equipment.
6. Returns, Exchanges & Damaged Products
Returns, replacements, and exchanges will be handled according to our applicable Returns & Exchanges Policy.
If a product arrives damaged, incorrect, or with another eligible issue, customers should contact our support team promptly and provide the required order details, photos, or videos for verification.
Order Cancellation: If an order is cancelled by the customer, a 3% cancellation fee will be deducted from the total refundable amount, and the remaining balance will be refunded to the original payment method, subject to our refund processing timelines.
7. Pricing & Availability
Product prices and availability may change without prior notice. In the event of an incorrect price, stock issue, technical error, or other order-related problem, Baba Tools may contact the customer before processing the order.
8. Cancellation
Order cancellation requests should be made as early as possible. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation may not always be possible.
Any applicable refund will be processed according to our cancellation and refund conditions.
9. Customer Responsibility
Customers should carefully review the product details before purchasing. Professional repair tools and machines should be operated appropriately and according to applicable instructions and safety requirements.
10. Changes to These Terms
Baba Tools may update these Terms & Conditions when required. Any updated terms will be published on our website and will apply according to their effective date.
