2. Purchases

To make a purchase, you may be required to provide payment and shipping details. You confirm that:

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to pricing errors, availability issues, or suspected fraud.

3. Delivery Delays

Delivery may be delayed due to:

Incorrect or incomplete address details
Natural disasters, weather conditions, or force majeure events
Public holidays, customs delays, or courier issues

If a parcel is lost, replacement or compensation may take additional time.

4. Order Cancellation

If an order cannot be fulfilled, it will be canceled and the amount will be refunded to the Baba e-Wallet.
Wallet balance must be used within 12 months, after which it will expire.
Cash on Delivery (COD) charges are non-refundable.
If a customer cancels an order, a 3% transaction fee will be deducted.
virtual products like software service and activations are non refundable items.

6. Disputes & Complaints

All disputes will be resolved through mediation.
Jurisdiction: Delhi State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission.
Complaints must be sent to support@babatools.in.
A video proof is mandatory for defective products.
Missing item complaints require an unboxing video.

7. Pricing & Availability

We strive for accuracy, but errors may occur. If a pricing error is identified:

We will contact you for confirmation.
If unreachable, the order will be canceled and refunded to your wallet.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

8. Warranty & Returns Policy

Returns are accepted only for Baba brand products.
Products from other brands do NOT carry any warranty or return policy.

Refunds are processed within 3 days of approval.

9. Promotions

Promotions may have separate rules. In case of conflict, promotion rules will apply.
