Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Baba Tools, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re dissatisfied with our products or services, we’re here to help. Refunds may be issued after a thorough review, provided the reasons are valid and in line with our policy guidelines.

Cancellations

• Cancellations can be made only by registered users and only if the order status is “Pending” or “On Review.”
• Cancellation requests must be submitted via our Contact Us page.
• Cancellation is not available for guest checkout users.
• Requests made within 7 business days before the end of the current service period will apply to the following service period.

Refund Policy

We offer two refund methods:

1. Refund to Wallet

• 100% refund credited to your Baba Tools Wallet.
• No deductions applied.
• Can be used for future purchases.
• Processed within 24 hours, provided refund criteria are met.

2. Refund to Source (Bank Account)

• Refund issued to your original payment method (e.g., bank account, credit/debit card).
• 3% processing fee will be deducted from the total transaction value.
• Refunds processed within 5–10 working days.

After a successful cancellation, refunds (wallet or source) are initiated within 7 working days.

Physical Products: Damage, Warranty & Guarantee

• In case of physical damage, warranty, or guarantee claims, transportation costs must be borne by the customer.
• Baba Tools does not cover shipping fees for return or replacement of damaged products.
