iHello HFZ Premium is a professional digital software solution developed for supported Apple devices powered by A12 and A13 chipsets. Compatible with both Microsoft Windows and Apple macOS, it offers two separate service options: Hello Screen Bypass without signal and Passcode Full Bypass with signal.
The software is intended exclusively for devices that you own or are officially authorized to service. Compatibility must be confirmed before purchasing, as support depends on the device model, chipset, installed iOS version, selected service, and current device condition.
Primary Service Options
Hello Screen Service
The Hello Screen Bypass option is available for supported A12 and A13 devices. This service operates without signal and requires USBLITER8 to complete the Diags procedure. A valid Serial Number is also necessary during setup.
Passcode Service
The Passcode Full Bypass option provides signal on supported devices. Available functions and final performance may vary according to the selected service, software update, and condition of the device.

Hello Screen Setup Requirements
To perform the Hello Screen procedure, users require:
- A supported A12 or A13 device
- The latest supported iOS version
- USBLITER8 for the Diags procedure
- A valid Serial Number obtained through the reseller or administrator
- A compatible USB cable
- A stable USB connection
- A reliable internet connection
- A Windows or macOS computer
During the process, the software automatically places the connected device into Recovery Mode and DFU Mode. The required Serial Number is displayed inside the tool. USBLITER8 and its Diags function are then used to write the new Serial Number.
After returning to iHello HFZ, the Hello service is started again. The activation process takes approximately one minute and thirty seconds. Once the device reboots in activated status, the Hello option is selected again to complete the setup. The software then automatically applies the supported OTA Skip and Erase Protection settings.
